1. Services Provided
Optimal Living Affiliates offers personal and professional coaching, including résumé refinement, interview coaching, career coaching, life coaching, and financial coaching. Sessions may be conducted virtually or in person for clients in the Orlando, Florida area.
2. Disclaimer
Coaching services are designed to provide education, support, and personal development. They are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, legal, or financial advice. Results vary by individual commitment and circumstances.
3. Payments and Packages
Payment is due prior to each session or package start. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or other agreed low-cost options. Refunds are not offered once sessions have begun, except at my discretion in special circumstances.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited. I reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or unforeseen events.
5. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations and client information are strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
By participating in coaching services, you acknowledge full responsibility for your own actions and decisions. Optimal Living Affiliates and its representatives are not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from coaching participation.
